Privacy Policy

Information you may provide

Booking and project inquiry details are collected through HoneyBook when you choose to open and complete one of its forms. HoneyBook handles that information under its own privacy practices.

If you use the website assistant (Tru Elite Concierge), the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI service provider so a reply can be generated. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into the chat.

How inquiries are processed

This website sends discovery-call and project-inquiry visitors to Tru Elite Connect’s HoneyBook client system. The website itself does not collect or save those form submissions in its database.

Abuse prevention

To reduce spam and abuse, the server temporarily uses the request/network IP address in an in-memory, per-instance rate limiter for recent submissions and assistant messages. This information is not stored in the website database.

Cookies and tracking

The current website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. It records limited first-party conversion events, such as a discovery or project button click, using the event name, page location, page path, referring host, and available UTM source, medium, and campaign values. These events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, chat content, or inquiry form content, and this tracking does not set cookies.

Booking and project inquiries are handled on HoneyBook, featured projects may link to external websites, and assistant messages are processed by the AI service as described above. Those services have their own privacy practices, which apply when you interact with them.

Please do not send sensitive information

HoneyBook forms and the website assistant are intended for general business inquiries only. Please do not submit passwords, payment or banking details, government identification numbers, health information, or any other sensitive information.
