Information you may provide

Information you may provide through the inquiry form includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name, type of business, the service you are interested in, your main goal, budget range, timeline, and any additional details you type into the message field.

If you use the website assistant (Tru Elite Concierge), the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI service provider so a reply can be generated. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into the chat.

How the inquiry form is processed

When you submit the inquiry form, the details are validated on the server and emailed to our business inbox using the email delivery service Resend. The website application does not save the inquiry submission to its website database. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond directly. Once the inquiry is in our business email account, it is handled according to our normal business email practices.

Abuse prevention

To reduce spam and abuse, the server temporarily uses the request/network IP address in an in-memory, per-instance rate limiter for recent submissions and assistant messages. This information is not stored in the website database.

Cookies and tracking

The current website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The conversion hooks used on this site are local browser CustomEvents: they dispatch names like "inquiry_submitted" inside the browser only, do not transmit any personal information, and do not use cookies or storage.

Booking is handled on Calendly, featured projects may link to external websites, and form and assistant data are processed by Resend and the AI service as described above. Those services have their own privacy practices, which apply when you interact with them.

Please do not send sensitive information

The inquiry form and website assistant are intended for general business inquiries only. Please do not submit passwords, payment or banking details, government identification numbers, health information, or any other sensitive information.
